Do reward coupons expire?

Rewards earned at the 200-point level (free personal pizza) and 400-point level (free flatbread) do not expire as long as you are still earning points and have not yet redeemed the 600-point reward.

Once you reach 600 points and redeem your free large pizza, that reward must be used within 30 days, and your points will then reset to zero so you can start earning again.
